Q: I don't see a particular item on your site. Do you have anything that is not listed?
A: We work very hard to keep the website as current as possible with the merchandise that is in our warehouse. If you are unable to find an item you are looking for, please let us know and we will try to help. If you are looking to pre-order a car that is due out in the future, please be patient. We only advertise and list upcoming cars after the manufacturer has confirmed the quantity of cars that we will be receiving. This prevents us from over-selling a program and having to cut and disappoint customers who have pre-ordered items. If you are looking for an older car that your missing from your collection and it's not on our site, I suggest you try our Racing Blvd classifieds section.

Q: How do you charge for shipping?
A: Retail customers pay a UPS-based shipping fee which depends on the total weight of the in-stock, shippable items. The shipping amount that was confirmed on your internet order applies to in-stock items only. Pre-Ordered cars may have additional charges. For example, you order two cars at $50.00 each, and one is in stock while the other is on pre-order. The website will confirm back your shipping charge (which would only apply if both cars were currently in-stock). The in-stock car would be shipped immediately, and charged the shipping fee. When the pre-ordered car arrives, it will be shipped and also charged a weight-based shipping fee. Pre-Ordered items are shipped upon our receipt. If you have pre-ordered multiple cars, we will not hold them for later shipment when the other cars arrive.

Q: Can you guarantee that I will receive the cars I ordered?
A: Unfortunately, when dealing with limited edition collectibles, there are no guarantees. We always do our absolute best to fulfill every order, but it does rarely happen that a program will sell out before your order was received and before we can remove the item from the website. We sincerely apologize for these instances, but the fact that there aren't enough cars to meet the demand is what makes them collectibles.

Q: What's the status of my order?
A: If you placed an order online, and received an email confirmation from us shortly thereafter, then we have received your order. We strive to process and ship all in-stock orders within 48 business hours. We utilize UPS Ground services, so if you are within the continental United States, you should receive your order within 6-10 days of placing your order.

Q: When will I receive cars that I pre-ordered?
A: The description of each item available for pre-order contains the expected arrival date. These dates are not guaranteed, and are subject to change. We will ship your car within 48 business hours of the item being received in our warehouse. Keep in mind that we do sometimes receive split-shipments on cars, and we fill orders in the sequence that they were received. Therefore, it could happen that you receive your car a week or so before your neighbor, because your order was input first.

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: To ensure that your order gets cancelled before it is processed, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to have the order number and name of the party the order was placed under.

A: Racing Blvd has a large and diverse customer base, and we are always on the lookout for hot new merchandise. We personally review every proposal and sample that we receive. Please send sales literature and/or samples of your product to .

Q: What if I would rather order via mail, paying by check or money order?
A: You can send payment via mail. Place your order through our website, and select "Check" as the form of payment. Once your order has been placed online, mail payment, payable to "Unimount Enterprises", to Racing Blvd, P.O. Box 53, Clarkston, MI 48347. Please write your order number on your check or money order. When paying via check, please allow an extra 10 business days for your check to clear before your order ships.
